One thing i might suggest seeing your are going to be using the same fluild in all three diffs.
By a 2 gallon pump-up bug sprayer from Home depot or wherever, and use that instead of the small hand pump just remove the sprey tip.
You only have to fill it once and you only have to pump it every couple of minutes not constately.
Another advatage is with the wand you can reach eveywhere without gear oil running down your arm.(like over your crossmember to fill the transfer case)
it well worth the $20.00.
oh yuh, your transfer case use a 1/2 ratchet with a 12 inch extention with a 1/2 universal on the end. This will allow you to reach right over the crossmember the universal does into the plug.

From my research, the DI brass radiator plug fits the diff fill plugs nicely. I just picked up two from Rovahfarm for about $4 each, plus two O-rings for about $.60 each. I haven't put them in yet, but I will this weekend and let you know how well they work.

The part number is ERR4686B. The rubber O-rings for the brass plug do not fit, however. While the O rings are the same as the ones on the plastic plugs, the brass plugs have a flat spanner, as opposed to the recessed one on the plastic fill plug. Because the threads in the diff are countersunk, I could not get a tight seal with the new O rings. Instead, I used garden hose O rings. You can get them at any hardware store, even the big box stores, just ask for 'garden hose washers.' They fit much tighter, and so far after 10 miles I have not had a leak.

For the diffs I went with mobil 1 synthetic 75w-90. Royal Purple was stupid expensive and the other 85w-140's weren't synthetic so I went with that. As for the transfer case I currently run 85w-140 conventional because my t-case is leaking and I didn't want to put synthetic in only to waste it.
Castrol has 85w-140 conventional for a pretty good price. I've been changing the fluid out every 8-10 months or so just to be safe. Spike does this too so I copied him lol

Wow, I love the bug sprayer idea.
If that bug sprayer will push 80-140 wt gear oil then what a great idea.
The bug sprayer would probably push tranny fluid for sure.
Nothing worse than the little "transfer pump" which is a 10 cent in China piece of crap and sells for $12 or so at the autoparts store.

When filling the diffs and t/case im assuming that you fill them till a little oil runs out the fill hole with the truck off...I did my trannie fluid but did not have the truck running (i forgot) now Im throwing a 732 code so my guess is that tomorrow when I start it and top it off cold that they code will vanish.
