I bought a set with 1 shell, 1 blade, 2 batteries and 4 buttons all for $10.99 with free shipping on ebay but don't know if it's still available as a package. That was about 6 months ago

I soldered in a button, pulled the key blade from my old broken shell put it in the new shell and moved the circuit board into the new shell.

The ebay seller name was easybuy_4u

It was from china but, I got it in probably 10 days and all worked well.
