I think they should have the windows up when they crash test cars, the glass helps add support to the window frame and who drives with their windows down anyway?

That is some crazy driving with the Defender on the trailer in the first video.

I have had a D1 and a P38 for while now and I just bought a D2 today, I have to keep adding in the Land Rover Family. I guess that leaves the 110 up next.

I think it was Dr G (medical examiner) that said that many the car accident victims she's seen have been a result of having the window open (full or partial) during a car accident:

"When you go into a rollover your head can go out. Some of the worst though are when the window is half open, because some really devastating injuries can occur. So I play it safe. I roll it up."

I think I'll take her advice.

I remember getting this video, and an instructional DVD on off-road driving, when I purchased my 00 DII new. Was looking for them the other day for fun, but probably included them when I sold the truck. I don't even have the owner's manual for my 04, but not much changed.

agreed! that's quite a stunt, with some precious cargo.
