Default Disco 96 Lighting Switch, can I Fix this?

Something very strange is going on with my Disco 96, when I put the lighting switch to position 1. The side, tail and instrument panel lights turs on. But when I turn lighting switch to position 2 for the headlights this one turn on but the side, tail and instrument panel lights turs of.
I think that is the lighting switch isn't working right. Can somebody tell me how to fix it, I have to replace all the switch? Where can I found this?

All the fuses are ok.

.

I have read this, and have no clue. Make sure to check the fuses in the engine compartment too. Mine had a fuse blown under the dash that I missed. All I can recommend is to double check the fuses.

Do all of your lights work in the #1 pos? (except the headlamps) I think the power for the 2 positions is separate. Not sure, though.

Sorry I can't be of more help...
