There is no way of telling from that photo if it is a 4.0 or 4.6

I had 2 burned out sunroof motors, bad water pump, bad radiator, frozen T Stat, leaking oil cooler hoses and a headliner that looked lke they used if for snowboarding. Got everything replaced on e-bay and some local salvage yards, Im in it for $2300 now and locally same mileage they are selling for $4000 so Im okay......if everything else is good...but that still doesnt matter ....as soon as you drive one of these for a while your hooked...book the rehab!

He says he is selling it for an "older gentleman". How many older gentlemen replace factory radios and put in iPod brackets? That plus the overheating means run away. He is lying, period. You don't know what else he is lying about.

Well I don't have an older gentleman I can give him but I may be able to offer a dog.

I wouldn't buy that.

Depends on what he calls an "older gentleman"... could be anyone over 30.

Default low dollar deal

If he keeps listing it keep offering $2000....at that price you can afford to do heads, or complete coolant system like I did. Question is does it immeadeatly overheat or is it in the 20 minute catagory? there a few of us in this place and it ususally means coolant circulation issue. Dropped sleeves and head gaskets make hot water realy fast circulation or small leaks take time to boil....big difference in repair cost and time.....
