search for a post title bought a key fob for my dii and it worked.

Ok there kind of pricey going to check out the company that sends you a fob & a programer

anyone know the name of the company that sells the new fob and leases you the programer

I've programmed used remotes with hawkeye on two different D2, one was a 1999 and one was a 2003.

I recommend the Nanocom though.

You will be pleasantly surprised on how fast it will program, mine was around 6 seconds.
