Default Disco I Owners with Headers

I'm building a motor but before I get to the heads and
intake work I need to find a good set of Headers.

I want toknow what head work and intake work will be beneficial and not over kill, if I can't find the headers.

I want to keep the O2 sensors ( all 4 ) the biggest thing is
I want a set of Headers that will last for more than a few
years and have good leak free bolt up to the motor, I have seen some headers that burn up gaskets due to poor mounting.

Thanks for the Help!!!!!!![sm=thanx.gif]

Sorry man, no help here. However I do think that a better exhaust flow would help with engine response.

I was thinking as much I have found only one place
that has Headers and wanted to know if anyone had used them.
Its a shame that in the U.S. that we can't get any preformance parts for 96 and newer.

I wonder if you found out EXACTLY what GM engine we have and found headers for that.

What brand did you find?
Money spent on an exhaust system is a waist of money unless you start from the front and work back. New cam, rework the heads, headers then exhaust system then you'll have something to show off.

I foundheaders fromRPI from the U.K.
They also have the RP4 cam and a timing chain set.

The cam can be used with out anything else but remapping Ecm is needed for cam timing, formore power I can have the intake and head work done but with out headers its a moot point I had just wondered if anyone had found any other
headers other than what I found.

Its goodto have more than one source to choose from.
