Don't worry about the 1300 or 0300 codes, it's just telling you you have some misfires, which you already know. I am not familiar with those wires, and personally i prefer Bosch Double Platinum plugs over the Iridium. The porcelain can show, the wire should 'snap' on to the plug when it's seated.
Before you pull the plenum, reach back there, make sure the top center wires are crossing (wire from RH coil, going the the left side) and that those wires go to the rearward middle cylinder of each bank.

OKay.
1. Ordered set of Kingsborne 8mm wire set + 2" add on length
(5 days delivery + BOOTS seem longer then NGK I have NOW)
(Will return the NGK wires for sure!)
2. Should I return the BOSH iridium for the BOSH dbl Platinum when wires in next wk?
3. Would any circuit damage come to the Ignition Coil from this?
(Maybe should replace ignition coil)

Well, It would appear I have a basic plug wire issue here then.
After all the crap an working with to figure it out I am at the realization that:
1. I can see white of plugs under all the boots
2. The boots seem smaller in length than normal even though an excellent brand.
3. I can see that circle of spark around each plug constant where it meets the engine at screwed in section.
4. Verified each an every plug properly seated in with a rubber thick hose on each a cpl weeks ago. But I will check each one again an make sure plugs are screwed down an seated properly.
*The white of the plug is outside engine so must be that the boots are not long enough an not seating correctly for some reason on the plugs.
I also put a spark tester on plug wires to see what kinda spark it gets and was a constant spark flicker.
(the kind you plug end to plug an the other end to boot with clear area in center to see spark)
>Are their any other suggestions at this point OTHER than the 'WIRES'?
=I am upgrading to 8mm from 7mm as well with the new set on order
