Default disco II snow plow

Hi guys, first post here. I am new to this site but not new to Discoverys, I have had 3 1995's (one with a 5 speed), a 2000, and a 2003.
I am a small shop owner in upstate NY. I am in the process of putting a 7' 6" Snow Way snow plow on my 2003. I got the plow set-up used from a Dakota.
I have not lifted the plow yet with the Disco as I am still fabricating the mounts. I would like to buy heavy duty suspension bump stops for the front end as is common on normal plow trucks. Does anyone know of a good source?

I would just suggest heavy duty springs all the way around, those can be had for pretty cheap and are easy to install.
I do not know where you can get HD bump stops, I do know what you mean as a friend of mine plows with his Chevy 1/2 ton.

The heavy duty springs are a good idea as I will be putting a couple hundred pounds of ballast in the rear to help balance things. Does anyone else here have a plow set-up that they are already using?

Hi,
I saw your post about mounting a plow on your disco II. I realize this post is 9 years old I'd like to mount a MVP3 on my 2004 Discovery II. Any pointers on best way to do this given your experience with yours? Thank you!
Bryce
