drive side is naturally a tad bit higher to accommodate your weight. so. nas right should not be low side.
measure from flare edge to center of hub/wheel cap and compare #s. measure rear also.
if it is a lot..........worn / broken spring?

Sounds like new springs are coming your way The existing springs appear to be 'cream crackered' are the rears on springs or air springs/bags (SLS)? whilst changing springs if it were me I'd fit new shockers all round also unless they are new.

When checking the ride heights, obviously, you need to be on a very flat and level surface like a concrete garage floor as anywhere that's not is a waste of time and energy.

Does anybody know of a reasonable priced source for stock height springs?

I'd like to replace mine & from what I've been able to find the Terra Firma kit is way less expensive than new factory springs.

I'm torn on lifting... I just bought 245/75r16 tires & I'm not sure if it'll look okay.

It's a 2003 right? Sounds like the air bags are due for a change (RAVE recommends changing them every 5 or 10 years I believe) if they are original as they become porous and the bag seal bands/clips corrode away and leave you with no rear suspension , as Dusty once said, long ride home on the bump stops - not nice. Also change the front springs as they are probably the same age and a bit 'tired' as well. I would also change all the the shocks as well and the truck will feel like a different vehicle.

If you have air springs at the rear you can only use TF119 at the rear with TF118 up front otherwise you'll wreck the air springs.

I run a TD5 and updated all this on mine recently. Amazing difference.
