Default DiscoII SRS Light

My SRS light has been coming on and staying on for a while now intermittently. I just replaced the battery, because the old one was dead, not necessarily in an attempt to fix anything.

Any ideas or suggestions on what to do to remedy this light? Everything seems to run okay, and there are no codes showing up that can be cleared in relation to the SRS light. It is causing my wife some concern to have this light on.

Thanks,

First take the passenger seatbelt and buckle and unbuckle it a dozen times or so.
Then find the wire harness' that go under the seats and unplug them, then re-plug them back in.
After that you will need to go to the dealer or find a shop with the correct scanner to read LR SRS codes.

Then go find someone with a scanner that can access your SRS thru the ECU and have then clear the low voltage fault code that was probably caused bt your dead battery.
