don't know if this will help, you may have to take it to the stealership to get this diagnosed...it may not be over heating at all... it might be an electrical short, i don't know how to check this and I don't you to run your engine till it seizes - thats why I mentioned the stealer...

I don't think the fan is facing the wrong dirrection. I put it on the same way I took it off. Anybody have a pic so I can make sure someone else didn't put it on wrong. I will check the a/c compressor clutch. I may borrow my buddy's infared temp gauge and see if it is really overheating. I am going to go ahead and remove my radiator and clean it. I have flushed it many times but never cleaned the outside of it. I will get back to you.

Here is what I have found so far. Fan is on correctly. Removed radiator. Radiator grill was half clogged with bugs. Cleaned it inside and out. Installed radiator. Turned truck on and have a/c running right now and it is not overheating but it is not 100 degrees outside right now. Like I said truck on with a/c on and 1 fan is not on. Looking from the front the fan on the left is not on. Could this be part of my problem? I am pretty sure the left fan is the a/c fan. Let me know!
