Default Door Adjustment

Today I dropped the headliner and got a hose to spray water on the roof to try to find a leak I have had. The hose wasn't on the roof very long when water started to come in at the tops of the doors. I shut the water off and cleaned up all the water and looked through up at the seal from the inside with the door closed and there is a pretty big gap. I am thinking I should get some weather stripping to stick on there and I looked but don't really see any way to adjust the doors. Is this a common problem and is there a fix to it?

Before you get to carried away, roll down the window, pull you knee again the inside of the door and pull on the top. it may just need to be tweeked a little.
