Default Door lock actuator - Go Down, But Not Up

I have tried searching the forum, but I cannot find anything specific related to my problem.

My driver's door will lock using my two key fobs (have fresh batteries). However, the driver's door will not unlock. All other doors will lock and unlock fine.

I can hear the driver door actuator motor working to make the lock go down. However, silence from the door actuator when I am trying to unlock the driver's door with the key fob.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Ann any ideas on diagnosis or possible fixes? Thanks!

My driver side actuator does the same thing. Down, but not up. My garage says I need a new actuator. So, until I get a boat load of money, keyed entry is my option.
