Default Draing and refill old brake fluid

I've never done this before, just bled the lines but Discomike recommended changing it so now I'm stuck: do I start with the wheel furthest away and just pump while I keep the reservior full until clean fluid comes out.
Or do I open all four bleeders, pump away and keep reservoir filled until clean oil comes out from all 4 bleeders. Then follow this with a bleed procedure on each wheel?

use a turkey baster to take all of the fluid out of the reservoir. Put new fluid in, and following the bleed procedure, pump each line until you have clean fluid coming out. I think you can cycle the ABS pump by holding the pedal for 30 seconds on each line.....
