My $800 buck new to me '00 D2. The previous owner kind'a failed to mention the sunroofs leak like the Titanic. Welp. If ya' got to do it ya' might as well try to do it right the first time. Rebuilt the lil' motors, and new ecu.

All cleaned and lubed up. A lii sealant and good to go! Did the same for the front one too. 2 waterhose tests and 2 good rain storms and no more drips. I did have to pull the rear carpet to dry it out. It was soaked!
OT: There is a $500 D2 on craigslist: https://sacramento.craigslist.org/ct...053449163.html blown head gaskets,but 2004, California car, means frame looks like new. If I had the space for another Disco I would take it.

It would be mine if I wasn’t on the east coast. That’s a clean one! Somebody better ****** that one up.
lol...if only it wasn't a nearly 6k mile roundtrip, getting pulling a trailer mpg and using 2 weeks of vacation...that D2 would get alot more expensive.
I would like to swap my ugly frame truck for one with a good one though. Engine/drive train, interior swaps are no big deal.
