its got a bad spot in the work gear ( i assume ) it jams up at a certain point on its travel always the same point. the adjustment in the box went in 5 turns before it even touched the bottom of the adjustment. unless i missed some trick ( help me here if i did ) i am going to call it a bad box. however i would love a 2nd opinion. they cant be that different from a Saginaw box can they ?

I think 13mm and 14mm covers the fittings on the steering pipes, but you can just use an open end to verify which sizes.
You'll need to pull the drop arm, so you might want to consider one of these: https://landroverforums.com/forum/ge...rop-arm-40683/

A set of crowfoot flare nut wrenches will come in handy other places.
