Default EASY QUESTION :: Rims-- Range Rover (03-05) wheel conversion

Hey guys! Not my personal preference for my own dii because I like more rubber-- but my dad has two sets for his DII, and the summer set is chrome '03-'05 wheels. The lugs don't seem to go all the way into the wheel which seems pretty unsafe to me. Are there spacers we need or something?

If so, where can I pick em up? Thanks in advance !

I believe that wheel is a hub centric wheel and would need a adapter.

D2 wheels are also hub centric, but the center bore is a different size.

google hubcentric ring. you'll want a set that goes from 70.1 hubs to the 72.6 center bore of the RR wheels. I think. I provide no warranty with the advice or numbers, etc. Good luck. You also need to use the RR lugs nuts.

Hub adapters are plastic. Probably less than $40. Just google them, and I bet the sites you find can confirm the sizes. The lugs will need to come from a rover parts place or dealership.

haha especially lug nuts, they're like $8 a piece, and you need at LEAST 20, should have 23 for the spare, nearing $200 JUST for lug nuts. $400 or so for adapters.

These aren't the same kind of adapter. No lug nuts required. They are just plastic inserts that change the size of the center bore. They are like $40.
