Default Ebay finds

This is not my listing on eBay, just a little something I found. They seem to be going out of business allegedly. What do you guys think?

$13.88 shipping from Australia? That's absurd.

Per the auction
Overseas purchasers will have the 10 % GST applied towards the Freight Charges. Good Luck and any queries please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks.
I suspect that they are required to collect 10% tax in Australia - since foreign purchasers aren't subject to this, the merchant can get it refunded but they keep that amount and put it towards the shipping. The rest of the figure is priced in - so about $1700USD to ship.
