91.84 looks like it has the SAI temp sensor plug so if you have SAI = good to go.

SAI = large black pump mounted on the passenger side firewall under the hood along with 2 large “stacks” connected to the heads. Most 03-04’s all have SAI with a small few that don’t. The 91.84 radiator will work on both.

I recently just bought the Nissens, many people recommend that one for a replacement.

Yep you have SAI so yes the 91.84 will work just fine.

A plastic tank radiator = a plastic tank radiator. Nissens are good, but I honestly doubt you will see a difference between the cheaper version and the Nissens radiator. Especially since the D2 doesn't have coolers built into the radiator (where some aftermarket radiators go cheap with smaller coolers vs say Nissens).

I got a Nissens last year, because it was recommended here. Perfect fit and no problems so far.
