I have a very annoying and elusive problem with my 2002 Disco II.

Problem:
My windshield wipers will not turn on when the radio does not turn off when the vehicle is turned off ... randomly.
When the radio turns off with the vehicle the windshield wipers work... randomly.
The front and the rear wipers stop working.

Additional information- seems to occur after rain.

I have no other issues with the vehicle!

So far:
I have checked the main ground and the ground wire from the battery, no issues.

I have looked at and pulled all the fuses from the fuse box under the dash, no change.

Looking for the ground points that would correspond or other help that might help.
