Default electricity under the steering wheel?

Hey guys,

I was curious about what the fuse panel under the steering wheel looked like, so i popped it open and noticed that there was what looked like "empty" sockets... could something be plugged into this, like another 12v outlet? I suppose I could just put my voltage tester in there... maybe tomorrow

that is probably for some accessory your rover doesn't have, maybe rear A/C or something.
