Default Engine issues, lots o codes.

Hey guys, I am wondering if someone may be able to help me start with the most logical and simplist steps and work upwards so I do not waste money and time, I usually do the hardest thing first. I found these codes on the reader and from reading I think plugs, wires and maybe MEF sensor, please chime in if you have any ideas. here are the codes.

PO174 sys too lean bank 2
PO733 gear 3 incorrect ratio
P1300 catalyst damaging misfire
P0308,304,306,302, lots of misfires and random misfires.
P1171 sys too lean Bank A&B
P1174 Lambda cont adapt fault bank 2
P0171

It runs alright when warm but misfires, sputters and no power when cold. Help, I want to buy the kids Christmas presents not car parts.

If you end up needing a new MAF be sure to buy bosch and not the cheap chinese one. I bought the cheap chinese one from amazon only to end up buying the bosch one 6 month later. My 2¢
