Hello fellow Land Rover owners!!!

I have a 2002 Disco and have recently starting hearing an engine knock towards the front passenger side. Sounds like a stuck lifter or rod but I wont speculate too much until I can tear into it. I had the heads replaced about two years ago and this is the first issue since. My question is if there is anyone in the Richmond Virginia area that would be willing to take a look at it with me and or want to tear into it to get to the underlying issue. Since I am fairly new to Richmond the Land Rover is still at my parents house about 90 miles away. I fear driving it up here as I do not want to cause more damage. So if anyone is up for a road trip to good ol Waynesboro my mom can provide some sweet tea and a hot meal! Any info is helpful if you have also experience this issue! Thanks!!
