You are going to need to give us more information, what year, how many miles on it, what have you checked so far, how long does the light stay on and have you had someone start the truck while you are under the hood listening for a location???????????

Clunks are never good with a vehicle so go to auto parts store and have them use the scanner on your truck have them print the fault code and get it back to us.

Does the oil light come on or flicker at all? I think I would take it back to the shop and let them sort it out.

Yeah with out a engine code we will not be able to help much but tell you to take it to the shop that did the work for any warranty you may have? Otherwise you may lock up your motor. Cats could be partially clogged causing to much back pressure but its all guesses with out codes and we do not know if any of your leds are poked out or anything do you have a ultra gauge?and if you plug in a decent computer it still can pull up stored codes that may not trigger the light to stay on.
