Default Engine misfire

I got a check engine light that will start blinking intermittently so I went and plugged it into a code reader to see what I need to do. It says cylinder 3 misfire but it’s running just fine and doesn’t seem to be down on power. I replaced plugs and wires probably about a year and a half ago. I didn’t change the ignition coils but that sounds like a pain. Could I try anything else before changing the coils?

you should change the coils it’s really not that hard and they are cheap

do the pcv mod and clean or replace the purge valve

Coils and wires are probably your next step.
