Default Engine Rebuild Researching

OK so I have enough info finally on what I should on a swap for the motor, but before it is just swapped in I want to go through it and give it a good refreshing.
This is a list of what I have come up with on my own.
oil pan gasket
front rear crank seals
Head gasket kit reinz STC4082G-RRC
Timing cover gasket Kit
Oil pickup Tube o ring
Rear crucifix seals
water outlet o rings
Arp Head Stud
oil pump
Push Rods std
Lifters std
Cam shaft Bearing polished
std cam shaft
Main bearing
rod bearing
engine block plugs
exhaust manifolds gasket kit
Motor Mounts

Now I am only looking at this from what I have learned and will need to do. But asking everyone else what also might be needed.

Thanks
Keith

New OEM or Crower Camshaft.
4.6 crank, rods, and 4.0 pistons.

Block and heads checked and surfaced if needed.
Pin the liners.
New coolant hoses, water pump, radiator(if possible). Give it a good reset of the cooling system to eliminate those worries.

Save up and budget it in.
You're already replacing the lifters and cam, so might as well go for a slight performance bump (opinion) rather than putting a new OEM cam in.

I cannot imagine the crower cam being worth the extra money. Built a Vortec chevy motor a few years back, high lift rockers, cam, headers, intake, the works. Could not tell a hill of beans difference. Lots of your new parts are not technically necessary, but your peace of mind is worth something. O-rings, engine mounts, cam bearing, pushrods, lifters, cam, block plugs, etc. I did not see rings mentioned.

in a 3.9 rrc it made night and day difference on the highway, not so much on the around town stuff. Really just changes the higher rpm driving.

granted a oem cam in a 150k engine makes a world of difference. These things flatten out after like 10 miles 😂

opps did leave the rings off they are part of the budget. And yeah some might reusable but then again no history on motor so if I budget for them I might not have any surprises.
and the rocker arms are still in limbo too.
