Default EVAP canister part number ?

I'm working on P0441 with my 2000 DII. I want to eliminate the possibility that it is the EVAP charcoal canister. I can't seem to find a part number, though. Can someone link me to a reference? I'm going to also replace the purge valve with the Dorman 911-800 (which is listed on many locales as being superior despite it being for the Hyundai Sonata). I just want to make sure that the Dorman 911-806 is the right one or if another is specifically designed/intended for the replacement.

You want the “Genuine” Hyundai P/N: 28910-22040 replacement part not the Dorman Unit. You can get them on Ebay or Amazon for normally around 20.00.

For P0441 I’d certainly replace the Purge Control Valve, and check your gas cap. A lot of the time the threads get fouled up over time & the cap will click like it’s fully seated when it actually isn’t. Scotchbrite pad in the filler neck threads will usually fix that issue or a new cap.

This was my issue, after I cleaned up the cap and filler neck I never got the code again

Did you clear the code or did it turn off on it’s own after.

which gas cap did you buy After Market or genuine LR?

just got through my drive cycle everything passed except for p4055 which I’m hoping is the gas cap considering the original owner said it was the issue
