In your first pic I noticed that you are missing the clips that hold the throttle and cruise cables in place. It looks like they may be there just not clipped on. there is one that goes on the PCV line from the intake and it clips the throttle cable to the PCV line. The other one connects the throttle cable to the cruise cable I belive. I love playing where's Waldo!!

 

ACE is missing and the valve covers are not leaking enough, so it may be out of oil.

 

The 1" wire loom in the flex tubing isn't secured to the clips on the firewall.

I see no washer fluid reservoir. I took mine out too.
