Default Fair price for this '04 SE?

Thoughts on a fair price range for this Disco?

It mostly hits my "must-haves" - 2004 model year, color, acceptable mileage.

But doesn't get any of my "nice-to-haves" - 7-passenger seating, <75k miles, heated seats.

The dealer claims to have most of the service records, and I'd have it checked locally by an independent shop.

Thanks!

The electric seats are there if its leather... Just need to add the switches.
Are they offering a warranty?
The head gaskets and front drive shafts are critical service items. Knocking and ticking too when hot and cold.
Even if all that is good, the price is too high

That's relatively correctly priced at a dealer.

"That's relatively correctly priced at a dealer."

Yes it is, but it's too much. Without a warranty it's much too much. Getting very close to LR3 territory.

Yeah, I calculate NADA "clean retail" value at $9,025. "Clean trade-in" is $6,600.

Does this mean that all leather seats have the heating element installed, regardless of whether the heated seats option was purchased?

With that mileage, if it hasn't had head gaskets done yet, it's coming. I would rather get one with more mileage that has had it done and documented.
