Favorite Brakes?
So my front brakes are starting to make a bit of a grinding noise. I reckon its time to replace them anyway since I haven't touched them since buying my D2. I've always had an issue with brake dust, I assumed that was due to cheap pads. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for quality pads/rotors?

I had a bunch of grinding after I bought my D2 8 months ago. I bought the following from Roverguy for a good deal. this is all four corners
> rotors (TOP OF THE LINE/BEEN SELLING FOR 15 YEARS) 200
> guide pins and rubber boots for them. INCLUDED IN CALIPER PRICING
> +2” stainless lines 70
> pads 120.00 OEM JURID (LAND ROVER SUPPLIER)
> calipers (but not caliper holders) 350.00 all 4
> locator screws 4
It was a noticeable difference and felt good to just renew everything from the rubber hoses down.
At the very least, grease up your guide pins when you remove the calipers. I've got 4K miles on this setup so far and it works great. The fronts are a bit dusty though. but I also only wash the rover once every 2 months pretty much.
