Feeling every bump on the road!

I know there is probably some general tech data for any vehicle on the road, but figured I would check here for some input.
It seems the whole truck feels the bang when hitting bumps on the road. A checklist of things to check?...
Tire Pressure....looked good
Front and rear Shocks replaced with Monroe Sensatrac about a year ago
Old Man Emu steering dampener installed about a year ago
Rear Air bags replaced with new Arnott Bags last summer.
is it common for the springs to get weak on our Discoverys? They seem to be the next thing to replace.
Any thing else to look into?
on a side note... the "bump stops" look to be worn out and could be replaced
Thanks in Advance

This may sound stupid and counter-intuitive but..
Learned this on SPIKE TV from the Hard parts show..
The shocks need to be LOADED to be in their working range.
You may find that putting a 100 lb cement bag in the back of the rover smooths the ride.
reason -
The shocks you put in may be all the way extended out and
due to this - are not acting as shocks.
All shocks need to be loaded and dampening.
Your shocks you put in may need more force to compress them and thus are not working.

It does look normal for your mileage but would make a huge difference if you replaced them. Also as stated i see you are running the 18 inch rim and less sidewall on these heavy trucks with a warn suspension it will only get worse.
You would be surprised how much the factory springs sag over the years, so doing shocks doesn't help to much with these beasts.
Unless your truck has been off road your bump stops would not make much contact to be warn. If it were me i think i would ditch the bags and go to springs all around. Depends on what you use your truck for?

Just to be clear the Monroe shocks you installed are fine.
Springs wont make a difference, worn springs only make your truck sit lower and not be able to carry as much weight before bottoming out and they might make your ride "soft" and increase body roll in corners.
18" rims make a HUGE difference, 16" give a better ride quality as these guys already said.
