Default Fender Flares Question

I really would like to replace my fender flares with a sleek set. My OEM ones are pretty rough, and I don't want to try to keep them the right color week after week. I want a smooth set that I can wipe clean. What would be the most cost efficient way to achieve this? Thanks for any help you can give.

P.S.
I am aware of the back to black and dye products. I have used the back to black, but my fenders aren't smooth enough to wipe away the residue.

I looked into "Rhino" spraying them. For all 6 pieces would be about $200.00.
