Default Fender flares renewal?

Anyone have any fender flare renewal techniques they are willing to share? Pics would be great as well as products used, process, etc.
Thanks!!

Yeah, mine are pretty sucky too, and in dire need of attention.

I sanded and painted mine, I more or less followed the instructions of the write up that's in the "Write ups" "How to's" and "Must Read" thread under the Tech Mods sticky. I used Rustoleum Universal Satin Black and it's held up great for the last year and a half. I will say that it took me longer than the thread author stated it took him, mine were pretty UV damaged so maybe that's why. There are a couple pictures in my build thread if you're interested.

Recommend masking tape between flares and body. I use an oscillating tool for sanding. I use Dupli-color TR250 aerosol bed coating. I spray it a little heavy and the finish is a little smoother but textured. Plenty of pictures on the Extinct trucks on BAT.
