Default Flex plate shimming question

Getting ready to install my newly built engine into my ‘04 D2.

New block, crank, and Ashcroft HD flex plate. Old flywheel and spacer (pic below).

I’ve read the RAVE manual on this a couple of times - but I am still unclear.

How/what should I measure to ensure my new set up is within spec?

Thanks in advance.

Nothing to do on that side, the space is adjusted on the transmission side and unless you changed something in the trans I would not worry about it.

Thanks. Everything on the transmission side remains the same.
