2nd on the Weather Tech!!! I have them in my other cars and when the LR factory ones wear out I am going with them!!!

Yes it is, EXACT fit.
I have them and I LOVE them, they came with my truck, they are expensive but well worth every dime.
When I replaced my fuel pump last year my cargo area floor looked brand new, the paint was flawless, no rust, nothing.
I have not removed the carpet in the passenger area but I am going to assume the same for that floor.
If nothing else spend the money for the WeatherTech for the cargo area and get cheap for the passenger floors.
