Pretty much any big brand full synthetic should be fine. For transmission fluid I'm using Valvoline high mileage.

Royal Purple, Mobil 1, Red Line or any of the major synthetics, as already mentioned Vavoline makes a great high mileage Dextron 3 as well as a great synthetic brake fluid.
If you can, use a Mobil 1-301 or a K&N 3001 oil filter, only use a factory paper air filter.
What other services are you doing?

You dont have to use full synthetic.
Is yours a DI or a DII?

I found my Royal Purple at a speed shop. Pep Boys carries the engine oil and tranny fluid, but I had to go to the speed shop for brake and ps.

Redline has it, i believe, Some stores still have inventories of Vavoline's synthetic p/s fluid.
As Spike has mentioned, you don't need it but it is a plus if you can find it. If not consider adding a bottle of Lucas p/s additive if you do a full flush.

Its a DII by the way with ACE. I was planning on running synthetic w/Lucas but if you think regular ps fluid w/Lucas is ok then I'll do that. Thats okay with ACE, right?
