I have found the passenger side fog light harness and tested it, but i have not been able to find the driver side plug. I do see two wires without a plug but they were taped together...

Download the electrical manuals from my signature. You then can find the wire colors and see if those are for the fog lights.

 

you might want to open the shrink wrap on the other plug and see if they are using red w blue strip and blue with a green strip for the other light.
