Fog light bulb replacement question
Hello. I own a 2002 LR Discovery and I am trying to replace the front fog light bulb. I need some help or suggestions. Here is what I found so far.
1) I was able to get at the bulb no problem.
2) When I try to remove the bulb from the plastic holder casing It appears as though the metal prong is glued to the casing.
My question is how do I seperate the metal bulb prong from the plastic casing. And then when I replace the bulb, do I have to glue it?
Thanks for all your help.

humm. my guess is the bulb got to hot and melted the plastic to the prong? someone may have changed out the bulb with a higher watage bulb? try and see if you can notice if the plastic melted? if not just try to unlatch it with a good tug
Thanks for the reply. I wonder if it did melt. The outside plastic piece looks ok. I gave it such a good tug I broke the bulb part off. That thing will not budge.
