Found the leak! Well sort of...
Passenger footwell would fill up under rain. Not sunroofs, appears dry around windscreen. I pulled the carpet and dried it out then tested with a hose and found where it comes out inside the panel. Just forward of passenger door, by the dash bracket. It slowly comes out the seam above the bracket and after a while it comes out fast by the threaded hole below the bracket. I belive the whole is for the trim plastic screw holder
. I wonder if there should be drainage berween the body panel internals? It could be blocked and fill up? What do I do next? I will see if I can pull the pillar finisher outside and see beside thenwindscreen. Any other ideas? With hose pipe on slow debot on the roof it filled the footwell within minutes!

I have the same problem, siliconed the area of the corner rain gutter, it got much better, buts a bit wet sometimes. I need to get it bone dry first. My gut is that the A Pillar cover is not completely sealed against the windshield. Is that accurate that that trim piece should seal out water? It is pretty flimsy if that is the case.
