Default Front Drive Shaft ? 04 Disco 2

So I went ahead and ordered a new drive this past week with 5 grease fittings to replace the stock one. Now when I rolled under the Disco I realized that the stock one has a grease fitting at the front U-Joint and just behind it on the shaft. No fittings are at the two rear U-Joints. Does this mean it was refurbished at one point in time? Should I even replace or just grease the shaft? I've owned her for 3 years and this is the last thing needed of the maintenance list. O yea 143K miles on her too..
Thanks in advance,
Edgar

Stock shaft is just as you described your current one. Sounds crazy but, stock has only one ujoint with grease zerk. So you were right to order a new one.

Thanks a bunch guys. Yea for some reason i was assuming the stock drive shaft would not have any zerk fittings. Does anyone know of a place in Houston Tx that will be able to rebuild the stock one? I guess your right and it would be nice to have a spare just in case.

Put the new drive shaft in yesterday and everything went smooth. I put the stock one in the box the new one arrived in and I'll keep that one as a spare. Disco drove smooth without any vibrations at highway speeds.
