I am using GBR for my 2 discos but 1 (Heavy Duty Green) did not last as long as the original for me. The other was purchased over a year ago which was manufactured and basically looked similar as the ones you get from ebay which is half the price. I'm not sure if this will last as the original as well with 162K miles when replaced. Not damaged but just replaced. You can try Tom Woods, seems like the grease fitting is awesome because its easily accessible unlike the ones between the joint.

I have a GBR HD model and it looks like a tank but man is it a pia to lube that center joint!

I think regularly servicing them with grease is the key. Those cats just cook them!

The "best" ones I think are Tom Woods, about $400-450 ea. However I don't have any reason to back this up other than what I read online.

For a basic replacement, the $200-250 one is fine from lucky8. I'd only do the Tom Woods if you are doing some serious lift (3+") or heavy offroading.

In my honest observation, once you have larger tires you are bound to get the most heavy duty shaft. In my experience, 3 times shaft replacements in 150k miles. Regular factory tire 162k with iriginal shaft. I just replaced them last year coz did not know the history of the 1 owner truck i bought. I got information from him when I called that it has the original shaft. Its just because, im using the 162k miles shaft to replace the Heavy Duty GBR with 60-75k miles right now as the 3rd replacement.
So, i think if you have original tire size, the medium duty price range will last.

I replaced the u-joints with greaseable ones and the centering ball on my stock driveshaft 90K miles ago and it is still fine.
I grease them with Green Grease (waterproof) every time I change the oil.
I make sure the new grease comes out of all 4 cups, this is key.
I also clean off the grease fittings before attaching the grease gun so I don't inject crap into the u-joints.
My centering ball is not greaseable but it is holding up just fine.

Both of my drive shafts aren't bad but since I'm nearing 100K miles on my 2001 Disco (and don't know if the previous owner took care of the shafts), I'm seriously considering to replace the both shafts with newer beefier ones. This will include completing the four bolt pinion flange swap (#STC3722) ot remove the rotoflex doughnut.
I don't go off-roading yet but I want to ensure the drive train is secure and durable.

Got the front lucky 8 shaft a few years back and its been good so far and I run a modest 2 inch lift and some bigger tires. I also got the d1 shaft and roto flex delete from lucky 8 and it works good too. I say for the price its hard to go wrong.
