Default Front Drive Shaft Parts

All- I've tried to track down the parts needed to re-fit the front drive shaft with serviceable fittings. I was wondering where people picked up both their greasable fittings as well as the center ball part. Thanks from a new guy.

go to the SEARCH function and look it up. there is a LOT of threads/posts about this one.
or do what i do - refer all questions to discomike or spike 55. they are both patient and knowledgeable.

btw roverlandparts.com and britishatlantic.com are all good starts.

Odds are you can get them locally, but I don't know where you are so can't really point you to a local source.

Especially if you want to pay 2-3 times the market price for your u-joints.

If you ask your parts guy for "greasable fittings" he might not be clear on what you are asking for. You want to ask for Universal Joints with greasable fittings.

Here is what you need-

Thanks for the help. I'll take that part number to AutoZone.

I'm in Lexington, KY.

You may or may not find them at Autozone, they've been switching to Duralast, which they hand you when you say you want a PDQ10005 u-joint.
If you're lucky you may find old stock there, however. Make sure they say Made in USA on the u-joint itself and has the grease fitting in the end cap.
Carquest is in your area and they still carry PDQ.
Last I checked Advance Auto still carried PDQ.

Just so you know, if you ever need u-joints for another application, most PDQ u-joints are not made by Neapco, but the 10005 are.
