Default Front end "pop" noise when making sharp turn

I noticed a pop sound when making sharp left hand turns a while back, Seems to be getting more frequent now. I notice a pop from up front somewhere in the steering system when i make sharp left turns, sometimes right turns and when everything is articulating from dips at the bottom of my driveway and pulling out of work there is a big dip in the road. Front end suspension is all stock except for the steering stabilizer, I will be replacing a lot of stuff in the steering and suspension ( I think going before a congressional oversight committee would be easier than trying to sell my wife on spending more money on my LandBaby) come tax time but i got mouths to feed and bills to pay and nothing in this world is free, lol What should I be looking at first? Anyone have a similar problem, what does a pop usually indicate.

I'd start with checking Tie Rod Ends... Upper and Lower Ball Joints.... Panhard Rod Bushings.

tie rod end, torque them to spec and you should be good. i went through the same thing a month or so ago, took a look under there and sure enough, one of the nuts was loose
