Front O2 Sensors: tried everything
I’ve tried everything I know to get the front O2 sensors to release; I can’t get them to break loose. I’ve tried 3 different penetrants; had a mechanic try to break them loose...and I just have no success.
anyone have any tips or tricks to get the damned things to break free?

If you have a welder, ground the exhaust pipe and put the electrode on the O2 sensor up in the middle of the nut flats. The voltage going through the threads will break the rust loose. You are not welding the oxygen sensor in, you are using the voltage to break the rust free.
If you don't have one, take it too Midas, they will do it.

If you have tried it all then the impact seems like the next step. Crank the compressor to 80 psi and hit it, if it still doesn't break loose then go up to 100psi and try. Slowly increase your psi and keep trying. Using a hand blow torch to heat it up right before using the impact should help also.
There is a great tool made just for this, bolt-buster. It's basically a modified soldering iron, it has a wire forming a loop at the tip, and you place the heated wire around the bolt head and let it heat up to a smoking point, then remove the bolt. It's used a lot in restoration projects on very old rusted motors where a broken bolts, blocks, heads, and manifolds might be extremely costly or impossible to find.

As an electrician I can get the same results from laying a coiled copper wire with a 15amp resistor, and a toggle switch around the bolt head, and plugging hooking it to a 6v battery.
You can buy a new cat pipe for $400
I took my D2 pipe out to replace the O2's.
Lots of penatrating oil, heat, and a long breaker bar(broke wire and top of O2's off to fit regular socket, as they wouldn't come out with an O2 socket).

I wasn't suggesting you buy anything, i was just showing you a tool for this problem. There are all kinds of tutorials on how to make a homemade version of it if you like or just use a blowtorch like I suggested. My main point was to heat that Son of a B**** up first in order to break it loose.
if you don't have a blowtorch then run your truck for 20min and let the exhaust heat up really good, then try and break it loose with an impact or BFH
