Front and Rear Torsion Bar

Front and Rear Torsion Bar
I have a 2001 land rover Discovery II, I bought new bushings from Atlantic British P\n RBX101690G When replacing front and rear torsion bushing, Is it normal to have a gap in the bushing seam? It seem as if the inside diameter is to small to fit around the Torsion Bar.

I would say yes it is okay to have a gap in the sway bar bushings. It tells me the bushing is squeezing the bar as hard as it can. If the seams touched together I would be concerned I didn't get a good bit on the sway bar. Make sense?
There are two different sway bar bushings. One set is for trucks that came factory w/ air bags in the rear. And another set for trucks that came factory w/ springs (non-air ride).
