Default Front Seat Kit

I would like to replace the foam, leather, and heat pad on my driver seat... does such a kit exist? Exmoor has some stuff but nothing for the D2 sadly

Discovery Two Base Foam

Maybe get a hold of Zphoto up at Rover's North and see what he can dig up for you?

You can buy the heating element for $60 from a dealer for $45 online plus $19 shipping.

As for the cover I've heard that the squab is no longer available as a factory replacement item.

I found a local upholstery guy who replaced the bolster foam in the seat with aircraft grade foam and then recovered the worn parts of the vinyl (S model), which included the bottom portion which attaches to the seat frame and the sides and front on the seat for around $200.

I had to take the seat out and deliver it to the upholstery guy for that price... I also did the heating element myself... Which I fixed myself rather than buy new.

Your other option is your local dismantler where there are apparently a lot of leather seats in various conditions...

Well that's no fun. But do let us know when you get this mystery product in. I don't know what a "skin" is for our trucks. BTW, did anyone see TopGear this past week with the stick-on felt, christmas wrap cover? And the supermarket slalom?
