im having issues with the front sunroof on a 2000 land rover discovery 2 i have pretty much narrowed it down to the motor but no one has it. anyone have any ideas what other vehicles sunroof motors would work?

 

There are usually a ton of them on eBay. Did you check there?

 

everything on there that i have checked will just be small components. not to mention anywhere that has a full motor wont ship to my location

 

Likely your motor is just rusted internally so that it can't move. They never wear out. I have revived 90% of the ones I encounter by removing, disassembly, grease on motor rotor, and re-assembly. If you don't want to diy you can email me and I will sell you one of my refurbished ones.
