Default Sunroof leaks what to check

As some may have seen in my build thread I have some water ingress issues. Aside from the drain lines on for the sunroof what else should I be looking at for possible issues? Especially while the headliner is out and access is good.

I have contemplated just sealing the sunroof permanently but figured I would give repair a try lol

The leaks were up at the roof line so the cowl was not the likely culprit

Does the LR3 use the same seal? That comes up for for RR Sport, etc.

Also good thread on that seal. I have a ton of wind noise, so if this seal can help I would do it.

FYI, that seal is just for wind noise when the panel is closed, it will not seal out water, the edges of the seal are felt and have no way of making a water tight seal. If I decide to keep my LR3 long term I'd probably look into a full metal roof like most of the ROW spec vehicles have. I don't like all the light/heat the glass lets in and the metal roof vehicles have a higher roof load capacity.
