Default Fuel economy for Disco 3, diesel

Very good economy without th ecaravan but with cruise at or about 90kph to 100 kph economy falls awya more than expected.

Does anyone know whether this can be offset with some of the after market chipsets and if so which sets have given best results.

Many of the sellers of these sets claim increases in power etc with additional fuel useage.

Caravan is a Bushtracker, 21 ft with tow mass of 2600kg and ball mass of 365 kg. Disco hsa no trouble towing this even in mountain country - its simply the move from about 10 lites per 100k to something nearer 17 litres per 100k.
